David: Did you say you’re going to take a vacation next month?
데이빗: 다음 달에 휴가 간다고 했죠?

Ruth: Yes, my family and I are going to New York for a week.
루스: 네, 가족과 함께 일주일 동안 뉴욕에 갈 거예요.

Ruth: We want to visit the museums and see some plays.
루스: 우리는 박물관에 방문해서 연극도 보고 싶어요.

David: I envy you. I haven’t had a vacation for a long time.
데이빗: 부러워요. 저는 오랫동안 휴가를 가지 않았어요.

David: I wish I could get away for a while.
데이빗: 저도 잠깐 멀리 다녀왔으면 좋겠네요.

Ruth: You can take a vacation sometime soon, can’t you?
루스: 곧 휴가를 얻을 수 있지 않나요?

David: No, there’s too much work to do. Maybe next year, though.
데이빗: 아뇨, 할 일이 너무 많아요. 아마도 내년에나 가능할 것 같아요.
